This wonderful drink recipe takes the mojito drink to new heights. It is inspired from a virgin mojito we had at one of our favorite raw food restaurants in Bali, Alchemy.
How to make it
- Bust two coconuts open and pour the water into a high speed blender (missing a good coconut-opener-knife, no worries, order our Coconut Knife).
- Add honey, lime and ice.
- Let the blender go for 2 minuts.
- Serve in big wine glasses or in the coconuts with Bamboo Straws (don’t forget to scrape out the fresh coconut meat to use in another smoothies or for hydrating and using granola).
