Organic Farm, Petchabun
This fantastic family farm is located in Phetchabun province. They grow in four different locations, both in the mountains and in the lowlands, which enables them to grow a large variety of fruits and vegetables. Recently the daughter of the family, Howie, moved back and took over the management of the farm after years working as a chef in Bangkok. The farm is certified by Organic Thailand and PGS.
Organic Farm, Khao Yai
This farm, located in beautiful Khao Yai, is the biggest farm that we collaborate with. Regardless of their size, their sense of customer service and humbleness have not changed along the way. Order their spinach, corn, or baby carrots. The farm is certified by Organic Thailand and will be IFOM certified by August.
Baker, Sloafbake, Bangkok
Nini started Sloafbake in 2018 as a side business to her regular office job. Since then, both her passion and her kitchen have grown. Today, she’ bakes 30 loafs a day. The air bubbles in her bread are amazing. The bread is of course freshly baked on the same day as you get it delivered.
Manuel is whipping up our brownies and protein bars from his home bakery in Ari. The brownies are delicious and massive so make sure not to eat all of them at once. They can easily feed your entire family for a week! Also, make sure to plan for a nap afterward.
Giri quit his job in IT to follow his passion; cooking healthy Indian meals. We are so proud to be able to sell his amazing fruit kefirs. Fun fact, he sources the coconut milk from one of our organic farmers. Be kind to your gut bacteria and feed them with Giri’s rich probiotic kefirs.
Tempeh Soya, Bangkok
When William moved to Bangkok, he was not satisfied with the tempeh found here. It was not as good as back home in Indonesia. His solution? Start a tempeh brand of his own. William’s small-scale business makes high-quality tempeh of Non-GMO soybeans. They are also selling to vegan restaurants like Barefood and Broccoli Revolution.
Kiran has been making tofu for 10 years now. When the kids moved out, she and her husband Bobby needed a new project. This is how Tofuneer was founded. Their tofu is made each Monday and you’ll get it delivered on Tuesday, so it is as fresh as it gets. We like how they develop the product further, by making e.g. infusion tofu and a special scrambled version, which we haven’t seen anywhere before.
