Why eat ice cream when you can eat nice cream? This recipe is ridiculously easy to make and it takes just as good as any sorbet or ice cream. Thank you Epic Vegan Food for the inspiration.
How to make it
- Blend the mango and the liquid in a highspeed blender, using the tamper to the ingredients down (if you don’t have a highspeed blender, let the mango thaw for 10 minutes before using a food processor).
- Pour the nice-cream into a serving bowl and top it off with the pulp from the passionfruit. Adding granola or nuts as a cherry on the top is not a bad idea.
